What We Did
For two consecutive years, Elevate supported Weber in the roll-out of a cookery roadshow in garden centers across England and Ireland. By delving deep into the heart of the brand, we took the time to understand what truly differentiates Weber from its competitors to ensure the success of this very sales-centric campaign. In addition to this we also executed a series of conferences, festivals, training events and in-store activity in John Lewis’s across the UK.
How We Did It
A thorough recruitment process was conducted to find people who not only have real enthusiasm and passion for food, but also who have expert cooking and barbecuing experience. Over 150 staff underwent a thorough casting process and were shortlisted down to a final 75 individuals who received in-depth Weber training. With the help of our specialist staff, we showcased Weber’s versatile range of barbecues and cooked & sampled a selection of delicious recipes to consumers to show just how great they are.
How we succeeded
Ensuring the recruitment and casting process resulted in perfectly brand-matched staff who had all required skill sets for this job, meant that results surpassed expectations generating nearly £0.5mil in sales.
