What We Did
Rideshare Kiosks are UBER’s newest innovative product, which for the first time allows travelers to hail a ride without using the app. Elevate partnered with the brand for the pilot program at Toronto Pearson Airport. Elevate staff served as the face of the brand and as an asset to consumers to educate them on the kiosk and service, promote usage, and technical troubleshooting.
How We Did It
Elevate worked as an extension of the UBER team, delivering not only premium event staffing, but training development, logistics, program management technology solutions, and insightful daily reporting, metrics, and a program dashboard. We used multi-layered screening, brand and role-specific screening, video profiles, bilingual staffing, and background checks.
How we succeeded
UBER deemed the pilot a success, and with further product development, UBER is looking to expand the product to various international airports across the world. The data and consumer feedback collected and provided by Elevate’s BA team and compiled via Elevate’s IMPACT Data & Reporting System, is being used for the development of product version 2.0.
“Elevate was one of the best on-site activation marketers we’ve ever worked with at Uber. They went above and beyond in helping us successfully launch the Uber Rider Kiosk at Toronto Pearson Airport. They were passionate and attentive at every step of the way – training, promoting, sharing customer feedback. I would recommend them to any other company – big or small – in heartbeat.”
