What We Did
Partnering with The Marketing Arm, Elevate provided teams of ambassadors who activated at community events, home shows, 5K runs, and festivals throughout Ontario, New Brunswick and Alberta. These teams were instrumental in creating “Better State Moments”, while generating leads for State Farm, and creating awareness of the transition from State Farm to Desjardin in Canada.
How We Did It
Elevate provided a full-time Market Manager and core team of staff in Ontario for the 6 months of activation. Elevate also hired additional local staff in remote areas across the provinces, that had fewer activation days. Elevate worked closely with the client to select brand ambassadors who were effective in generating leads and had a family-friendly, professional, outgoing personality to represent the brand. Elevate’s dedicated Account Team, worked closely with the Market Managers over the length of the tour, including weekly program meetings, ongoing staff feedback, goal tracking, and ongoing communication regarding scheduling of events as they were confirmed, to ensure coverage and prepare the ambassadors for the objectives of each event.
How we succeeded
Program goals were exceeded, and brand and product awareness were increased in the target markets. The program is expected to continue and grow annually.
