What We Did
Logic were looking to develop brand awareness of their vaping device “Logic Pro” in a targeted retail sales campaign to increase their SOV across the UK. Elevate worked with the brand to support delivering trial, purchase and engagement in 700 stores over a 12 week period.
How We Did It
Elevate managed the campaign from start to finish, including scheduling, booking and managing the full 700 store schedule, all staffing, stock & cash management and the full retail reconciliation process. To ensure a seamless delivery of this campaign, a multi-stage recruitment process was implemented to ensure that the staff we selected understood vaping and could relate to the target market in an authentic and genuine way. A team of four experienced Area Managers were also recruited to oversee their respective areas and manage their teams on the ground.
How we succeeded
By implementing a consumer tracking platform, we helped give our client insight into data and measurement through technology that combined text messaging and in-store digital discount codes to track consumer repurchase behaviour post the point of engagement. This added value meant we were able to more accurately measure ROI and consumer traction.
