L’Oréal tapped Elevate’s staffing expertise to recruit and train the perfect team of make-up artists to represent them in-store. These specialty event staff had to be true brand heroes and perfectly embody the brand DNA for L’Oréal .
How We Did It
We used a multi-phase recruitment method to curate a core team of Beauty Specialists. This team was deployed across the L’Oréal portfolio to boost consumer engagement, consumer interaction, and product sales.

How we succeeded
We carefully measured success with a bespoke insight-lead reporting platform that reinforced L’Oréal’s strategy and provided up to the minute campaign tracking. It was through this proprietary system that we were able to demonstrate to L’Oréal that our core team of 300 specialists had achieved 100% of the campaign KPIs.
