What We Did
For the 2nd year running, Elevate have been educating consumers about the best way to consume and enjoy Jägermeister at -18 degrees Celsius in its purest form – move over Jager-bombs! In our first year alone, the Jägerettes took the market by storm, covering everything from All Points East festival, pinnacle Halloween events, Oktoberfest, Winter Wonderland, an Ice Cold Jager van tour & much more.
How We Did It
An intense recruitment process was conducted to ensure all staff were true representatives of Jägermeister’s unique attitude and values. The goal was to find people that would be classified as being ‘cool’, ‘edgy’ and ‘irreverent perfectionists’. Once the teams were selected, we went to market managing everything from venue booking and liaison, logistics, retail & cash management and a mystery shopping program.
How we succeeded
After the 1st successful year, Elevate worked closely with Jägermeister to analyse all successes and learnings to ensure a refined and more targeted roll-out plan for year two, ensuring maximum ROI and results.
