As People People, Elevate keeps the well-being of our field teams as our top priority. This was especially true in the case of the COVID-19 pandemic. As events were cancelled and the industry debated ways to move forward, the impact on our field teams was largely overlooked.
How We Did It
We surveyed 60,000 event staff across the globe to understand how Elevate could support them during the crisis. Mental health and self-improvement was at the top of the list. Our response began with the Elevate Your Quality of Mind webinar, which focused on mental wellness.
How we succeeded
After the 90-minute session, attendees were thrilled, reporting a dramatic positive impact on their mental health.
