What We Did
Working with agency Twelve, Elevate brought to life a nationwide tour with Desperados, to create an unexpected twist to students’ nights out. We visited Stonegate and Deltic venues during the Freshers period, offering samples of Desperados and giving students the opportunity to get dressed up and create a bespoke GIF of their night out with the chance to win a Sonos One speaker. In an ever-changing nightclub and bar scene, Desperados wanted to make some noise and become the late night drink of choice!
How We Did It
Selecting the right core team to deliver this logistically complex campaign was essential – our Event Management team were responsible for everything from site recess and reporting to kit & stock management. Supporting this core team, was a nationwide pool of Desperados Brand Ambassadors.
How we succeeded
This logistically complex campaign raised concerns with our client around their expectation of a seamless delivery, but by spending time ensuring the perfectly experienced team were selected, and that suitable contingency plans were in place, we were able to deliver over and above expectations.
