What We Did
Each year, Arm, a computing and processor design company, holds its Annual Partner Conference. In 2020, due to the pandemic, the in-person conference needed to be delivered virtually, and that’s where Elevate came in. Keynotes were presented via Oculus VR, so Elevate, in partnership with Smyle Agency, provided virtual event staff to ensure a flawless attendee experience.
How We Did It
To bring the VR experience to life, we tapped into our expansive global network of Oculus-trained Demo Specialists who made sure technical issues were addressed in real-time. We used various platforms to communicate with the client and guests to maintain a steady flow of information and reporting – all in a virtual environment.
How we succeeded
Our team delivered exactly what the client needed, providing virtual event staff coverage across 24hrs and 3 time zones. We created and delivered client-specific ‘Working From Home’ training to ensure everyone was prepared for the event.
