Overview

As a part of their introduction into the United States, UK based beauty brand, Soap & Glory formed a partnership with iHeartMedia to activate beauty boudoirs across the country at various music festivals.

With 8 Glory Girls to deliver messaging, distribute samples and give makeovers, Wango Tango in Los Angeles was the kickoff location targeting millennial women.

Recruitment Process

Elevate conducted multiple rounds of interviews with Glorious women: models, dancers, actors, singers, performers, makeup artists to find the perfect group of Glory Girls.

Following a phone interview and two video submissions, 8 girls were selected to be a part of the cross country team to promote the Soap & Glory brand to festival goers.

Project Management

Face-to-face brand training and product demonstrations ; fit sessions for customized uniforms.  Onsite styling, management on event days.
