A family day of athletic challenge that combines competition with camaraderie to raise funds and awareness for youth in New York City.

Activation elements include help desk, registration, volunteer training, and roaming/guide brand ambassadors.

Recruitment Process

Elevate recruited a large team of enthusiastic BA’s who aren’t afraid of the cold weather and who love working with children.

Staff needed to have great communication skills and high energy to keep up with the fast paced event.

Project Management

Partner with race zone managers, oversee staff, train volunteers, guide runners on the track, register attendees and participants.
