Why Nigel Stood Out and Won this Month’s UK Brand Ambassador Recognition

Nigel is no stranger to the experiential marketing industry, having worked in it for 18 years. And based on the quality of his work, he clearly loves what he does. Even though Nigel joined the Elevate team just 7 months ago, he has already made his mark.

Nigel is trustworthy, hardworking and loyal on every job. From managing a team of 6 on the Monster Hydro tour to travelling around the country promoting Weber barbeques, there is nothing that Nigel isn’t willing to put 100% into. Nigel is a trusted member of our staff because of his flexibility and positive attitude. He is great and keeping morale high and getting the job done.

Nigel’s Tips and Insights on Being a Top Brand Ambassador

As one of Elevate’s best field staff, we wanted to get insights from Nigel for other brand ambassadors to help them book more jobs and succeed onsite.


1. What advice would you give to new event managers trying to book more jobs?

“Just get on with it! Things change so always be flexible and be helpful!”


2. Which Elevate event did you work that is the most memorable? What did you like best about it?

“I loved the Monster Hydro campaign because it was full of energy, but I’ve also enjoyed working on the Weber Grill squad because of the intimacy you get with consumers.”


3. What’s been the key to your success in this industry?

“Maintaining a constant level of work and winning different awards for EM of the year.”


4. What frustrations do you come across on the job and how do you manage/troubleshoot them?

“Cancellations of jobs or staff members cancelling! You just always have to be flexible and work with what you’re given.”
