Each month, Elevate rewards one brand ambassador from both the U.K. and U.S. for embodying our values and performing exceptionally for our clients. Each B.A. of the Month wins a £50 gift card and bragging rights! This month, our U.K. honor goes to Sarah E. Congrats Sarah, and thanks for your hard work!
Sarah E. started as a brand ambassador at the beginning of 2016 and has a proven track record of success in the industry. She joined the Elevate team in August 2017 when she moved back to London. She said, at that point, “I asked other people on campaigns that I worked with, what agencies they’re with. Everyone always recommended (Elevate) and couldn’t compliment you enough.”
Her background in theatre and performance has helped her develop a wide range of skills to help her as a brand ambassador. Sarah has smashed every single campaign she’s done for us, getting excellent feedback from clients and winning her entire team over with her big heart and smile. We’ve never seen someone who so consistently wears a smile! She often gains the nickname ‘Smiley-girl’ on campaigns. Even when a problem arises, Sarah is calm and composed.
Sarah is on her way to a fantastic 2018 with Elevate, having already undertaken three campaigns for Sky’s Ocean Rescue Project, YouTube’s Creators of Change event, and Cartwright & Butler at the London Olympia Top Drawer Show! Sarah always goes above and beyond for Elevate and for this we are truly grateful.
Thank you for all you do Sarah – you’re terrific and we’re lucky to have you as part of the Elevate family!
As one of Elevate’s best field staff, we wanted to get insights from Sarah for other brand ambassadors who are looking to up their game.
“To do some research on what you’re going to be promoting. It’s very important to know what you’re selling and, even better, if you’re passionate about it. Always keep smiling and always keep your cool.”
“Passion, punctuality, reliability and being trustworthy – I find these are really important things. (Elevate puts) a lot of trust in your brand ambassadors – you guys can’t be watching over us 24/7.”
“I just love it so much. Who wants a desk job? I get to meet and talk to different people every week – it’s so fun!”
“I’m too happy to get frustrated! If something is to go wrong, take a step back, assess the situation, and try and rectify it. I find anything can be helped with a smile!”
